Well this has been the easiest stretch of time that I’ve ever found it to not sugar binge… I hope they’re not famous last words, but usually by day 11, I’m looking for loopholes and climbing the walls. And here I am on day 15 with no bingeing.
I’m all out of my routine though with the kids being on school holidays and i keep forgetting my morning and evening quiet reflections on the day to come or past. Also had no time to read any OA literature. In fact the only thing I’m doing daily at the moment is journalling in this blog.
Food was great today – almost no carbs so that probably helped with the no sugar cravings too. Smoothie for breakfast; asparagus with ham and salad with an egg for lunch, then a mix of lentil and chickpea salads with a bit of pasta for dinner. Went dancing too. Feeling quite virtuous 😉
