Day 29
Busy day but on plan foodwise. Kids had a McDonald’s for dinner and I ate a turkey curry I’d made last night. I thought it would be harder to kick McDonald’s into touch, but I’m really not missing it and the last time I had one it was horrible and set off a two-week sugar binge, so I’m not in a hurry to go down that path again. Colleagues were back from holidays too and had brought in my favourite chocolates which i also managed to swerve. Making good and new food habits 🙂
In terms of OA, absolute rubbish though – didn’t even read the Food for Thought entry or read the messages sent by the groups I’m in. I’ll go to bed and put that wrong right now!
